We are a Sports Betting and online casino platform built with the Brazilian player in mind. From Brasileirão football to the most popular slots, 996bet delivers a complete, secure experience designed for those who live and breathe sport here in Brazil.
996bet was built around three pillars that guide every decision we make — from platform development to user support.
To deliver the best online betting experience for the Brazilian player — with competitive odds, instant Pix payouts, and a platform that runs without a hitch on mobile, anywhere in Brazil.
To be the most trusted betting platform among Brazilians — recognized for transparent rules, fast withdrawals, and genuine respect for every player who has chosen 996bet as their home for betting.
Transparency above all else. Responsible gambling as a priority, not an obligation. Respect for the user in every interaction. Continuous innovation to improve what already works and fix what needs attention.
996bet was born from a simple observation: the Brazilian online betting market was growing fast, but the platforms available still weren't treating Brazilian users with the respect they deserved. Uncompetitive odds, slow withdrawals, support that only worked in English, and interfaces that froze on mobile were common complaints in any circle of bettors in Brazil.
996bet was created to solve exactly these problems. The platform was developed with the Brazilian bettor's behavior as the starting point — someone who watches the game on their phone, wants to place a bet before the final score is in, needs a quick Pix withdrawal, and expects to be served in real Portuguese, not machine-translated gibberish.
"We wanted a platform where the fan who bets on Flamengo every round, or who spins the slots on their lunch break, would feel like it was made for them. Not an adapted version of something built for another market, but something genuinely Brazilian from the very first line of code."
Since launch, 996bet has expanded its offering consistently. What started with a focus on football — covering Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Copa Libertadores with detailed markets — has grown to include over 30 live sports categories, a library of more than two thousand slots and Live Casino games, and a progressive jackpot section with prizes reaching seven figures in BRL.
Today, 996bet serves bettors who follow the NBB, the Superliga volleyball league, UFC and domestic MMA, CS2 and LoL CBLOL tournaments, and much more. E-sports coverage has grown especially in step with Brazil's expanding fan base for these titles — a segment 996bet took seriously from early on, when other platforms were still treating competitive gaming as a niche afterthought.
996bet's infrastructure was designed with the Brazilian reality in mind. That means low-latency servers for users across the entire country — from Manaus to Porto Alegre, from Recife to Cuiabá. It means an interface optimized to perform well on 4G connections, which is still the standard for a large portion of the Brazilian population when they're out watching a game.
The payment system is natively integrated with the Central Bank's Pix, and also supports boleto bancário, credit and debit cards, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. The goal is to make sure no Brazilian bettor is unable to deposit or withdraw due to a lack of payment options compatible with their Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, or Banco do Brasil account.
One of the biggest frustrations for bettors on international platforms adapted for Brazil is customer support. More often than not, response times stretch into hours, service is handled by automated systems that don't understand the context, or replies come back in poorly translated English.
At 996bet, support is handled by a real team of Brazilian Portuguese speakers, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week via live chat and email. The average first response time on chat is under two minutes. For complex issues that require manual verification, resolution timeframes are communicated clearly and honored.
996bet operates in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Your personal and financial data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and is never shared with third parties without your explicit authorization. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
Six reasons why hundreds of thousands of Brazilians have made 996bet their go-to betting platform.
When you win, the money is yours right away. 996bet processes Pix withdrawals 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with an average settlement time of under one minute. No hassle, no waiting for business days, no surprises about when the funds will arrive.
The platform operates under international security certifications, and all slots and casino games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories such as eCOGRA and iTech Labs. No outcome can be manipulated.
996bet was built with mobile use as the top priority. The interface is fast, buttons are sized right for touch screens, and the platform runs smoothly on 4G connections without any lag. No app download needed — everything works straight from your browser.
Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, State Championships — 996bet covers Brazilian football in depth. Detailed markets, round-by-round live betting, and competitive odds on the biggest derbies.
The welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00, the 10% weekly cashback, the slots tournaments with guaranteed prizes — all 996bet promotions come with clear terms and reasonable rollover requirements. No tricks buried in the fine print.
Our support team is made up of real people who speak Brazilian Portuguese. Any question about deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, or game rules gets answered in under two minutes via live chat, at any hour of the day or night.
Every withdrawal requested within the platform's rules is processed. 996bet does not hold legitimate payments, does not create unnecessary bureaucratic obstacles, and does not delay withdrawals without a valid reason communicated to the user.
We continuously work to offer odds that fairly reflect the market. In live betting, prices are recalculated every second based on real-time data from the ongoing event.
996bet offers deposit limit tools, per-session betting limits, temporary self-exclusion, and easy access to specialized responsible gambling support. We're not interested in compulsive bettors — we want happy players.
Your personal and financial data is protected in accordance with the LGPD. We never sell, transfer, or share user information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose without explicit consent.
Every complaint received by support is logged and reviewed by the product team. Features that frustrate users get fixed. Suggestions that make sense get implemented. The platform you use today is better than it was six months ago, and six months from now it will be better still.
Numbers that reflect the trust Brazilian bettors have placed in the platform over time.
This isn't just about meeting a legal requirement — it's a value the 996bet team genuinely stands behind.
Talking about betting without mentioning responsible gambling would be dishonest. 996bet recognizes that betting, like any form of entertainment, can become problematic for some users. That's why we continuously invest in tools and resources that help players stay in control.
996bet's responsible gambling panel lets you set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, per-session betting limits, playtime reminders, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion. All these tools are accessible directly in your account settings — no red tape, no need to contact support.
996bet also does not accept users under 18 years of age. The identity verification process (KYC) is mandatory before the first withdrawal and serves, among other things, to ensure that only adult, good-faith users can access the platform.
If at any point you notice that betting is negatively affecting your finances, your relationships, or your daily life, our support team is ready to guide you through self-exclusion options and point you toward specialized assistance resources available in Brazil. The Responsible Gambling has all the information available.
Behind 996bet is a multidisciplinary team that works every day to make the user experience better. Developers monitoring platform performance in real time, analysts tracking sports markets to ensure fair odds, payment specialists keeping the Pix system running around the clock, and support agents who understand both betting and people.
996bet's internal culture is driven by outcomes for the user, not for the platform. That means when there's a conflict between a decision that benefits the company in the short term and one that benefits the user in the long run, the user wins. This isn't a marketing statement — it's the actual standard we use internally to resolve everyday operational decisions.
996bet believes transparency isn't just about publishing a terms and conditions document — it means being accessible and responsive when something goes wrong. To reach our team, use the live chat available on the platform or send an email to suporte@996bet.best. Support runs 24 hours a day, and the average chat response time is under two minutes.
For matters related to terms of use, disputes, or platform policies, the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy are available and updated whenever there are relevant changes to 996bet's operating rules.
If you're a bettor looking for a platform that respects your time, your money, and your intelligence — welcome to 996bet.
