Withdrawals via boleto bancário or TED bank transfer are also accepted, with processing within 1 business day. The standard daily withdrawal limit is R$ 50,000.00. Users at the Platinum and Diamond levels of the VIP program may request a higher limit by contacting support.

All bets on 996bet are placed under a fixed odds system. The odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that ticket — except for live bets, where odds may update between your click and confirmation. In that case, the system will show an alert and give you the option to accept or decline the new odds.
The minimum stake per single bet is R$ 1.00. Accumulator bets have a minimum stake of R$ 2.00. There is no standard maximum bet limit, but 996bet may set specific limits by market, sport, or event.
Live betting is available on all events marked with the "Live" indicator on the platform. 996bet may temporarily suspend live markets during periods of high volatility — such as immediately after a goal, red card, or injury. Bets confirmed before the suspension remain valid.
Each market has a maximum payout limit set by 996bet, which may vary depending on the sport, competition level, and bet type. The applicable limit is shown in the bet slip detail before confirmation. If the potential return on a bet exceeds the market limit, the bet may be declined or the maximum stake automatically adjusted.
A bet is declared void (void) and the staked amount is returned in full to the User's balance in the following situations:
In football, events interrupted after the full 90 minutes of regular time (including stoppage time) will have final result bets honored. Events interrupted before that point are settled according to the specific criteria of the relevant competition.
Cash Out is available on eligible pre-match and live bets. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time by 996bet based on current odds and may be lower or higher than your original stake. 996bet may suspend or remove the Cash Out option for any event at any time without prior notice. Once confirmed, a Cash Out cannot be reversed.

If no resolution is reached within 15 calendar days of the formal dispute being filed, the Courts of the District of São Paulo – SP are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction for legal proceedings, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
